Thank you for visiting and shopping BRAVE by TJ. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute
our Shipping Policy.
All orders are made to order and processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped on Friday and Saturday weekly. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on the contents of your box.
BRAVE by Tashara Janae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will file a claim and notify you if a refund will be granted.
If your refund is approved, we will require you to ship your package back to us. Once your package is received, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
